"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. "Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice."

My family enjoyed the arcade as it created some fun competitiveness between us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo. "Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets."

"Luis was very communicative during the entire process of checking in. Also followed up to see how everything was going. Location was incredible and the apartment was fantastic. The only downside if anything was the bathroom sink. A bit quirky but workable. Building is extremely secure and everyone there were helpful. Overall a great stay and hope to be back soon!
