"We had an amazing stay at Valletta Lucente. We stayed in the Lucia room and it was very well designed and thought out. The area is very busy but we enjoyed that we could walk right out the door to many cafes and restaurants. The owners were also amazing. Our airline had lost our luggage and when it finally arrived and was going to be delivered, the courier needed to meet me with the bags since the hotel isn’t on a drivable street. "Lemon Tree is in a quiet part of Malta, which is just what we wanted, but it's easy to get to Three Cities and then the water taxi into Valetta. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, polite and full of local information. "The hotel is an hundreds-years old stone building with modern facilities and fine careness. The breakfast is simple but high quality, breads and pastries are right from local bakers. It is in the middle of of Malta, convient to the go west coast and middle cities by Uber."
