Perfect

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had everything we needed. Location is also perfect, right across from Siesta beach. And free trolley to Siesta Key Village.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not impressed with my condo stay. The place was outdated, the bedspread was dirty along with the comforter in the closet stained. The white leather chair wa badly stained, and bedroom carpet was old. The bathroom was the only nice area , would not recommend staying in this condo for the price they charged me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just right, the king bed was comfy. There's a nice sized balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with beautiful Siesta Key public beach right across the street. It’s a nice walk to siesta key Village, or a ride on the free trams. If you’re an Ice, cream lover, you’ve got to go to Kilwins in the village. The leasing office staff were pleasant and helpful. We go to siesta key every year, and I hope this condo will be available on our next visit.
