For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Loved the location and proximity to beach and pools. Clean unit, but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Good sized kitchen and living space. Not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms, maybe a little shelf over the toilet for extra space. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location and only a short walk to the beach!

This place is very cozy and we really loved the comfy beds. Plenty of good spots to eat and drink in walking distance. The main SK village is a short drive or trolley ride away. The one thing I must say is that there is limited close storage space and the rooms are very tight, especially the 2nd room. Main bedroom is decent, but could use more close storage drawers. Overall we had a great stay.

Beach Club at Siesta Key was a really good choice

My cousin and I enjoyed the time that we spent at the Beach Club at Siesta Key, following a disappointing few days at another property that was adversely impacted by construction on both sides of the house! We had easy access to the gorgeous white sand beach, and only complaint was that we did not have an ocean view. The property manager was terrific and provided lots of good recommendations. We would return to this property again in the future.

Location can’t be beat, near beach, a few restaurants and bars. Parking was decent. Office staff very nice, but gone at 5 pm. Mostly well supplied kitchen but short on some cutlery and no wine opener. Larger BR needs another lamp. Jacuzzi sometimes was down.

Perfect location

Our friends were staying at the Hyatt and our goal was to be near them-we couldn’t get any closer! The condo was on the smaller side from the places we stayed in the past, but we’ll appointed. Not much drawer/closet space. Loved the porch area, and pools were nice. Get your beach chair early or you won’t have one! Check in was a bit time consuming-the girl there was very flustered. Overall, clean, comfortable, and great location-which was our main objective in booking this property. It checked all our boxes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and modern. Had a great feel and was comfortable. I loved the location.... there are things on foot just a small walk away, and in car it was close to the 2 main roads and many restaurants and shopping. Check-in and out was easy. The seats they provide for the beach are really short, almost like you are sitting directly on the ground. Hot tub was amazing and the right temperature...hot. Pool clean. Grills by pool available. Only thing is they asked us upon check out to pull all the sheets off the beds and put in the middle of the floor, so as to save the cleaning crew additional work. The cleaning that I was charged and paying for. Weird.

Beautiful location, poorly stocked and maintained

I have stayed in one of these units before and was excited to come back. We love cooking on vacation but was sorely disappointed in the lack of resources that was claimed to be there based on the website description. - dishwasher doesn’t work, leaving dried food and grease so we washed by hand all week. I would have thought the cleanup crew would notice that weekly. -no hot pads so had to use one of our two hand towels for the week as our hot pad -no pizza cutter, only 2 butter knives, one small 2 cup mixing bowl for food prep -only one stockpot, no saucepans - no kitchen garbage and when I told the front office they gave me baggies never to check back with a bin. -the master shower has poor pressure, at one point water was gushing through the faucet. Hopefully that can all easily be addressed as we love this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the positives:1. Great Location2. Very nice pool and hot tub area.3. Easy beach access.Negatives:1. Very poor stocking of kitchen. There were only two knives and three spoons. Mentioned this to staff and three days later they finally broubht additional silverware.2. No hot water on our first day. No compensation provided for inconvenience. Wife had to take a shower in another unit.3. Silverware basket in dishwasher had holes in it causing silverware to end up in bottom of dishwasher.4. Bedrooms and bathrooms were quite small.Did not find it to be a value for the money spent. Will look elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Nice overall, but disappointed with management communication

The location is great. Pools and beach are very close, washer and dryer in every unit, clean, easy to walk to restaurants, small grocery store, etc. We had a nice time and would stay again. Pool area was nice, and there was access to a second pool. However, we were disappointed that a couple of important items were not working in our unit and in the response we got when trying to get them addressed. The kitchen sink did not work at all and we called just after check in and again before close of business with no call back. Finally got someone on the phone the next day and were told they could do nothing about until the following day. We had also noticed by then that the pull out couch was broken and we had to go purchase and air bed for two of our children to sleep. When they arrived to fix the sink, they were unable to and the man said he could get a part but it would be a lengthy fix. At that point we were checking out on the following morning, so we told him to leave it until we were gone. Overall good experience, but communication with and support from management could have been better.
