Outdoor areas, the HOA pool, and some exterior spaces may be shared per community guidelines. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
