📝 Need to Know: This unit is one side of a duplex. Guests will have private access to the right-side garage, a private backyard and pool area, the entire fourth floor, and the right side of the third floor. The third floor is divided by a wall, providing a fully private space on your side. A shared exterior spiral staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck, which may be accessed by guests of the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the layout of this duplex. Starter Supplies: Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free High-Speed WiFi. Heated Pool: Heated from November 15 – April 15. This home has stairs and an elevator. Please contact us if any guest has mobility concerns.
