Entire house/ pool area (excluding the guest house unit above the house with a separate entrance ) Through messenger or in person Canopy Road , about 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach Car, walk, frog-hop There is another rental Unit above the main house and garage that have separate entrances and no shared spaces.

Host was super communicative, we had a few questions regarding some codes on the property which were all answered within 30 minutes of messaging. The size of the place and the pool were stunning, loads of space and facilities and a good walk into town gave us the perfect little break away from home.

The house was very clean and had a beautiful beach style vibe, bright, relaxing, and full of good energy. Jayme was a wonderful host, super attentive and always communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Hidden Gem

Awesome little hidden spot close to the beach (literally like 5 min drive).Very clean, private, and great communication with host!! Short family staycation and would definitely do again.

Relax by the pool

We came for two days after a cruise and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax by the pool. Highly recommend this place. Frog hop takes you anywhere you want,this made it safe and easy

Modern beach total siesta key vibe

Very nice clean property . Modern beach decor with the little extras amenities to make feel special Refreshing , no owner personnel junk . A very easy to walk to the beach

Pictured did not depict the actual home. The pool was not clean enough to use and the home was not walking distance to the beach. Many french doors leading to pool did not seem very secure even though they were locked. Did not feel safe here so we did not stay.

Business & pleasure

The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from the downtown and beaches. It has a nice open floor plan so we could all sit and have dinner and talk the night away. Jayme was always available should we have a question. Hope to book again next year for our annual art event at the Ringling College.

siesta Keys pool house

House was clean and worked great with pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty of seating and eating room for the 5 of us. If there is something we would ask would be more area rugs for entryway and kitchen dinning area. (Dustpan for quick cleaning ups, that one there was torturing me). But over all great place, quick 1 mile to beach and town area, would for sure stay again. Thank You!
