Looking to do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, or just enjoy live music and some drinks then you will enjoy Siesta Village.

The Space:
Welcome to Ocean Breeze Cottage where you can enjoy all the best elements of the perfect Island vacation.

This beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath home is perfect for a family vacation to Siesta Key Beach. Ocean Breeze Cottage is a quick block and a half stroll or bike ride up the street from The Nation’s Number One Beach; where you can enjoy Siesta Key’s famous white sand, swim in the Gulf of Mexico and take in a technicolor sunset. Looking to do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, or just enjoy live music and some drinks then you will enjoy Siesta Village which is just a mile away.

The home's backyard is the perfect place to relax in the large heated pool (Heated From November 15 to April 15th). There are several lounging and dining spots located inside the expansive screened lanai along with a gas BBQ grill and Flat screen TV.

The home's interior is spacious with five bedrooms and three newly updated baths, accommodating ten. The second floor has an open living and dining space. Three of the bedrooms are on this floor. The first floor is home to two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. (Please note that the main living, dining and master bedroom are located on the second floor only accessible by stairs, NO elevator)
The sleeping arrangements include a King-sized Master suite with walk in closet and a private en-suite bathroom, and 4 guest rooms with an additional king, 2 with queens and one with 2 twins. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs .

There are free ride shuttles available to take you anywhere on the key, as public parking can be challenging during peak season.

Just Perfect

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. From the communications with the property manager, Tracey, to the house and location it was all amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house (pool was a huge hit) as well as the nearby beach (you can easily walk to). Thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Great stay in Siesta Key!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. It had everything we needed including all the beach gear which was perfect. It was a little bit of a walk into town but we made the best of it and found a lot of free rides most nights. The start of the trip we had a lovely heated pool which was needed for the kids to have fun but on the third day the heater broke and we couldn’t use the pool again which was a big bummer. Tracy did everything she could to get it repaired for us but there must have been a bigger issue. Overall we had a great stay just wished we could have used the pool the whole trip.

The pool was lovely, just the right temp. for my 2 grandbabies! Location was great. It was only a short walk to the beach and the Village area. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Place

Awesome girls getaway

We loved our stay and the location is perfect! The house is beautiful and all of us agreed our beds were comfy. Despite the colder weather, the host was quick to help us heat up the pool. Outdoor area and pool is absolutely gorgeous!! We would stay here again!

Another great stay!

We had a fantastic time at Siesta Key and another great stay at this beautiful house! One mile walk to the village and a short walk down the street to the beach make this the perfect location. If you don’t want the walk, lounge in the large, pristine pool and catch some sun while laying out in the huge, two-story lanai. Our second time here and it won’t be our last!

Good Time at Siesta Key

The property was great to stay at for our family, and my parents and sister. We loved the patio and pool and spent a lot of our free time there. The bedrooms were split up nicely to have room for kids and extra space when I needed to work. We walked to the beach most days, which took about 15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise, the property was absolutely wonderful for us.

Vacation Perfection!

Back from a week in Siesta Key and this house MADE our trip what it was: the perfect vacation! The photos, as nice as they are, don’t even do the place justice. House is spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The pool and deck are bigger than expected and the best post-beach hangout! We especially loved watching movies on the big screen while floating! We loved how well-stocked the kitchen is, which made cooking some meals a breeze. The direct access to the beach at the end of the road (less than 0.5 mile) led to a great, less-populated stretch of beach. LOOOVED all the beach accessories and wagons the house provides, too. Add a super friendly host, and we couldn’t be more pleased!
