Thankfully Our condo and our beautiful beach did not have much damage from recent storms. for us it has been a lot of sand removal
and landscaping. But we have been able to rent our condos since the 1st of NOV. New UV Germicidal light added to our AC , Just another way we are helping protect our guests ! Also cleaning with germicidal cleaners. Great for 2 couples or family,Sleeps 6 comfortably. Location is perfect..5 min walk to many Restaurants and Shops, Larger Bright end unit overlooks pool, Master has KING BED, check out the HUGE SHOWER! 2nd BR has a QUEEN, & DOUBLE with TWIN trundle Underneath. If you Uber from airport? no need for a car. Directly across from Crescent Grocery, Capt. Curts Restaurant, SnikyTIKI REST, Toasted Mango Restaurant, Big Water fish Co, Green Turtle Shop, Daiquiri Deck and 10 more restaurants and Small grocery store and Marina right across the street. Use elevators, but no need to. Parking space is very near door and one quick flight of stairs. very convenient to bring in groceries. LESS THAN 3 MIN FROM DOOR TO TOES IN THE SAND! No need to cross the street !
Complex is on the Best Beach in the U.S! No need to carry beach chairs across the road. Sea Shell has FREE chaise lounges on the beach and Tikis, and 4grills( 2gas) and (2 charcoal) 4 Coin washers and dryers on each floor. We provide Six sets of bath towels and all linens, 6 beach towels, adult size Paddle Board ,umbrella, beach toys, life jackets for kids , pac n ,play, stroller. booster, boogie boards,(2 snorkel gear) coolers , noodles and puddle jumpers, all for you to use if you want to explore. The kitchen is well stocked everything you should need except the food and additional paper products. We have NEW kitchen stainless appliances, starter of toilet paper, and paper towels spices, dish soap, plenty of trash bags, pots and pans if you want to cook.Dishwasher soaps, sunscreen, You can also walk across the street to enjoy Shopping, Marina (boat rentals) (bike rentals),Restaurants, all within a min walk. Our Beach is soft white powder sand, with clear waters. Perfect for kids and adults alike. Our condo has 2 decks, one off living room and one off Master bedroom, with tables and chairs so you can watch the older kids in the pool while relaxing and having a beverage. The condo is filled with light, since it is an end unit. Under bldg. parking close to the door, elevators in the middle of building near the Laundry areas on each floor. Stairs at end convenient to pool and our unit. NO long traffic lines trying to go North on the Key. Great secure Complex with gate codes for parking lot.. The condo is VERY CLEAN! . Stone Floors through out! NEW QUIET HURRICANE WINDOWS! Heated Pool .The Condo Bldg is located at 6500 Midnight Pass Rd The Condos are located in the tall building behind the Front Office/ pool building and overflow parking. There are bathrooms located right next to the pool area. From our door to the sand is less than a few min walk. ...........Our cleaners pay attention to details like disinfecting remote controls, light switches, lamp switches, all tabletops, door handles, Appliances, mirrors, counters, no carpeting all floors are stone floors .
Cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner, our pac n play for kids is cleaned with disinfectant
Exterior patio tables and chairs are also cleaned with disinfectant. Many restaurants Within walking distance are open with outdoor seating and music. We are doing our best to keep our renters safe. We also provide a Germicidal Lotion for your use while at our condo, should you decide to use it.
