This condo features a modern vibe! Tastefully decorated for the entire family. Huge TV in the living room, to watch your favorite game or movie!
TVs in both bedrooms.

1 king bed in each bedroom you can fix an extra person or 2 on the big sectional in the living room! Bedroom linens and pillows are provided.
2 bathrooms in this condo, each have a shower/tub combo style. Desk set up in the guest bedroom if you need to work from home, or feel inspired to sit and write.

4 beach chairs and beach towels are provided! The best feature in this condo is the outdoor patio. Enough space for the family and more!

Nice stay in Siesta!

We loved our stay and updated condo! Wish the property would have informed us of the construction going on. We couldn’t sleep in because of the noise.

Family Time

I rented this unit for the first time in early February. The location is great as it is in walking distance to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The free trolley also has a pickup & drop off at the entrance of the parking lot. Parking spot also in front of our patio, so convenience was so helpful. The unit has the basics. I few kitchen items were missing on those days we cooked a family meal. No hair dryer, so I rushed out to buy one on the first day. Loved overall convenience of washer dryer as well as the large pull out sofa, although there are not enough blankets and pillows for the extra guests. Nice unit, but needs a few extra perks!
