  • Welcome to unit 212, a little piece of Paradise on Earth!.
    We have built this unit with so much love and passion, inspired by the Sun, the Sea, and the fantastic Siesta Key beaches landscape.
    We want to share a part of that feeling with you and your beloved friends and family for a perfect holiday gateway.
    Fully renovated unit, with new tile floors (wood look-alike), modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (and a Keurig coffee machine!). A calm and smooth wall paint colors are spread along it to have a marine and beach sense during your holidays.
    Baths are new, fresh, and fully equipped with modern showers for a perfect recovery session after a long day at the beach (which is located just a few steps away from you!).
    This unit brings a King and two Twin size beds for pure relax and joy (both bedrooms feature LCD Flat Screen TV's), plus a dinette seating for 6. In the living room (if you want to be connected with the outer world), you can also enjoy a new LCD Flat Screen TV and Blu Ray/DVD player or enjoy the marine deco and be immersed in your inner self with your pending book readings.
    Chilling time can be done on the new sofa and unique 'recovery' seat too.
    My fav, for sure, to take in a beautiful Siesta Key night by sitting on your private balcony and listening to the Gulf sounds.
    We will be glad to have you at your extraordinary family time of the year to rest, enjoy the beach, and be merely pleasant, surrounded by your loved ones. Many thanks for stopping by!

Certain lights didn’t work, closet door broken, poor water pressure in master bath sink. Condo was also missing small things such as dish soap, sufficient number of wash cloths (we only had 3 for the whole week for two people). We’ve stayed in a different condo at HOS that was great. We were a bit disappointed in this particular condo.

The 2nd week with different set of spring breakers became very noisy and the kids were using shopping carts as toys. Other than that is was an amazing 2 weeks. Wish they didn’t charge for a 2nd car seems like it should be included as there is space for 2 cars per unit and you should be able to get 4 beach chairs since your unit sleeps 4-6 people, for the price you pay for these rentals you should have to pay extra for those things.

I liked how close we were to the beach. Did not like that I had to drag my own chairs and umbrellas out to the shore. The property next door has them all set up for their guests. That should be all set up already.

May 2016 Stay

We made a late reservation and took advantage of the 10% discount. After reading a review of 209GS!we upgraded to 212GV and I am so glad we did. Enjoyed comfortable beds, plenty of amenities and towels. The only downside was no paper or permanent coffee filters. Problems solved first day with a paper towel until we could buy paper filters. Easy access to beach, pool and shops. Grocery five minutes away. Enjoyed dinner and drinks many nights at Sniki Tiki and tips only trips on the taxis to Siesta Key Village. Car trip to Venice for shopping and dinner were a plus. No car needed in Siesta Key. First trip. We will be back.
