"It is a beautiful property, with a great pool and short walk to the beach. The room was nice. The only thing I recommend is to change the mattress because it was so hard."

"Gary’s place was fantastic! Very clean and appreciated the all the small details that were thought out with this unit. The beds were so comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were amazing, and we loved having ceiling fans! We will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!"

"Rooms were very clean as well as the grounds. Pool area was very nice. I would have given this place a 5 star rating if only we could have gotten our balcony ceiling fan to work. I sent a text about this issue to manage e hand was told to tell one of the grounds worker - 2 ladies. One of the ladies came up and could nit get it unworkable so she proceed us with a small table top fan. This was just not adequate to keep us both cool when sitting out at night. This is the only thing that was disappointing about this place. Otherwise all was nice."

"This property was wonderful! The host answered all of our questions quickly and with great detail, they also provide a document with additional information about grocery stores, local restaurant recommendations, and the pool before check in. The location was very convenient with a short walk to the beach or to restaurants (15 mins). There are some sand toys for kids and various floats available in the closet which we appreciated traveling with our 4yo. Coffee on the lanai was wonderful in the morning and it has a great breeze all day. We are already planning a trip back!"

"Great Location, Spacious Unit, and Excellent Amenities: This is an excellent property for larger groups. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit itself is very spacious, highlighted by two massive king bedrooms. The twin rooms are cozy but entirely functional. The location offers a very short walk to the beach, and the inclusion of beach essentials (wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrellas) was a wonderful touch. The outdoor pool area is excellent and provided the perfect space for our group to relax. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the complex. Aside from needing a few more washcloths, the property had everything we required. We look forward to returning!"

"Clean, well decorated, and well stocked unit in a great location. Convenient to the beach and the parking lot. Porch gets morning sun and afternoon shade making it perfect for hot summer days. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and supplies. Hosts respond promptly. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to SK!"
