Located just a short walk (less than a half-mile!) to Siesta Key's Village shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Arriving at this Mediterranean style home, you enter through a double entrance for added privacy. Step inside and you are greeted by a bright and open floor plan with a combined living, dining, and kitchen area excellent for entertaining family and friends. A few sets of full glass west facing French doors open out onto your spacious private beachside patio. Yes, dining under beautiful sunsets is included at no charge! The home is all on a single ground level floor which is hard to come by so close to the beach; NO STAIRS HERE!

The home boasts a completely renovated kitchen equipped with 5-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. Plenty of counter space to offer even buffet style dining. The kitchen is furnished for all your light to medium cooking needs. Open shelving allows for quick and easy access to cooking and dining essentials. Dining can take place both indoors and out at either the eat-in kitchen table or the outdoor patio dining set. The open dining area offers a 5-person table as well as a 3-person counter height table equipped with charging and USB ports. This table provides a great view of the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) while dining or working on your computer.

The living room is furnished with comfortable lounge seating and equipped with 55” smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services.

Moving along towards the sleeping accommodations, you will find the first of three bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bedroom set, offers a large walk-in closet, and equipped with smart TV. This queen bedroom also has direct access to the guest bathroom which offers a stall shower. Further down the hall you will come to the bunk-bed bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a full over full-size bunk bed with twin-size trundle allowing sleeping accommodations of up to 5 persons. This room is also equipped with smart TV and furnished with a cabinet closet. Moving along to the end of the hall you will end up in the master suite. This suite is furnished with king-size bedroom set, offers access to a large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with stall shower, and equipped with smart TV.

Outside, the 30' x 20' exterior beachfront patio provides additional dining space for 6 people as well as comfortable lounge chaise for a couple to relax and unwind. The patio also includes your own private charcoal grill and a separate gas grill.

A washer and dryer are located in the attached 2 car garage along with beach chairs, cooler, and a beach cart. Beach towels are included in the our professionally laundered linen service.
