This unit has been completely renovated and offers spectacular views of the Intracoastal waterway and pier! The sliders to the lanai open to the screened-in area for fresh air and seamless indoor/outdoor living.
The unit offers easy access to the walking paths that leads to the fishing pier and to the bay-side pool and clubhouse.
This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
One bedroom has a king-size adjustable bed and a view of the Intracoastal. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed and two twin beds.
Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and removable shower heads. One of the showers has a built-in seat.
Nice updated kitchen with a window to allow more natural light into the unit. The newly renovated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets space. The kitchen table seats six with two additional adjustable bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The unit has an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit requires a set of exterior stairs to access the unit.
The unit has an assigned parking space directly in front of the stairs leading to the unit.
