Ready to get away and make lasting memories with your family or friends? Then come visit beautiful Siesta Key and stay in our recently updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom air conditioned condo where you are just a short walk to Excelsior's private entrance to nationally ranked Crescent Beach with soft, white, quartz sand. This spacious second floor unit (with elevator access) is both family and couple friendly with almost 1500 square feet of living space for a very comfortable stay.

The large master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom, separate vanity and dressing area, and washer dryer unit. The second bedroom has a new queen bed/mattress and a twin bed with access to a full bathroom via the bedroom or adjoining hall. There is also a queen sized pull out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate your needs for six guests. Both bedrooms come equipped with flat screen TVs and all linens/towels/beach towels are provided for you.

Relax in the open floor plan with an expansive living room including a 55" flat screen Smart TV and wall to wall glass doors leading to the lanai overlooking the tropical garden courtyard with tranquil water fountains. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large granite dining table with seating for eight also awaits you for all your entertaining needs.

Along with all the amazing amenities Excelsior has to offer, (be sure to check out Excelsior's extensive website) you will have access to our private storage unit to use beach toys, beach wagon, umbrellas, pool noodles, fishing poles, etc. for you to enjoy your perfect getaway to reconnect, rejuvenate, and relax.
