Condo 311 offers 2 bedroom and 2 full Bathrooms featuring over 1220 sf of open living space, with panoramic views of the gulf. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee watching the sunrise from the screened in lanai.

Crescent Royale Complex offers a beachy oasis with beach-facing suites and a heated pool for a refreshing dip. The pool area is perfect for cookouts or a chill outdoor gathering.

Inside, feast your eyes on the stunning view of the beach from the screened lanai. Get cozy with a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room and your very own flat-screen TV and full bath in both bedrooms. The guest bedroom can convert into a king-size bed, and we offer free Wi-Fi, unlimited US phone service, and Netflix for your binge-watching pleasure.

We provide all the essentials, including linens, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Just pack your swimsuits, flip-flops, and sunblock, and you're all set!

Imagine waking up to the gulf breeze with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and Meany's Mini Donuts. Then, go for a beach stroll to burn off those calories. After some fun in the sun, head back to our cozy home and enjoy a cool beverage while watching the sunset paint the sky in brilliant shades of orange from your lanai. You can cook a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen or fire up the gas grill by the Olympic-sized pool. If you don't feel like cooking, head to the restaurants in the Village.

Planning a big event? Our rental staff will reserve the community room, which can accommodate a large group of people, and has its own kitchen.
