"This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

"A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches."

" Not only is the staff wonderful, but it is a short walk to the beach and they have provided anything and everything you could want for a day at the beach! Towels, carts, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even bicycles for a ride around town. There is a trolley that will take you anywhere along the island route. Pool is secluded and beautiful, rooms are well equipped, there is nothing else you could want for. "

"The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time."

"We loved our stay at the Drift Inn; it is the perfect size for my 2 friends and myself. The location is excellent. "This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. "We have been coming to this property for several years now. Always a great experience. Great staff, very clean and so convenient to beach, dining and shopping. We fly in and use a car service to drop us off and away we go. The beach amenities are perfect and having access to the bicycles is so fun. We will be back!"
