"Just stay overnight at this hotel, wished we had stayed longer, beautiful old building, amazingly renovated, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are generous, hotel facilities are amazing, a hidden gem."

"Its so obvious this hotel is loved by its owners and its visitors. It is beautifully decorated and all its details are carefully wrought. We only stayed for one day on our return trip from Gibraltar to Central Portugal but it was enough to know we want to come back one day. And let me tell you the breakfast was to die for!!! Especially the cheese cale!! Almonaster was such a surprise, the leafy green streets and pretty gardens to stroll in after the hot sun has set was just lovely. All together our stsy at Hotel Luz Almonaster was a delightful experience."

"Really nice boutique hotel in the town centre. All the rooms are individually decorated but also very comfortable with a good bed and shower . Very welcoming and helpful staff . Ours was a flying visit so did not get to use then variety of bar/coffee and social spaces which all look very well done."
