"This is a VERY nice property. I would say possibly nicer than any Hotel I've stayed in. It's more like a nice condo or apartment with a full kitchen, huge balcony that wraps around the building. It was basically like new inside and everything worked perfectly. Nothing negative to say about the place. The price was extremely low for what you get. The manager was incredibly nice and helpful. He even personally drove us to the airport because we were having trouble getting an Uber or a Taxi. Super nice guy. The only negative is the location. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood with NOTHING commercial around. And must be really out of the way because we could not get an Uber to come pick us up ever. Odd, considering it's about a mile from an international airport. However, Uber Eats (or the European equivalent) was able to bring us food so that wasn't a problem. "

"I had a very pleasant stay with this host. The apartment was private with a entry way separate from the main house. Host was extremely helpful in explaining how to get around using the buses and even providing a bus schedule. Beautiful garden at the home and surrounding area/ buildings within walking distance are very historic and cute. I would highly recommended ataying here. Once you get to Saint Louis train station by bus or uber it is a short ride to Basel SBB. Uber takes around 15min to Sanit Louis. "

"First, it’s important to know when flying into the Basel Airport that you should exit on the French side if heading straight to the flat. Uber is on the French side, Bolt is on the Swiss side for ride share pick up. Very easy to get into the flat and the Owners greeted us with the air conditioning remote and a bottle of cold wine. They also gave us restaurant suggestions and walking directions for dinner. They even reserved our taxi for us the next day! So very hospitable and helpful.We were traveling with 3 people, and chose this property so everyone could have their own space and 2 toilets. It is very spacious and perfectly appointed with a very large kitchen and living area, huge tv and everything you’ll need for morning coffee. The bedrooms have plenty of space for luggage and drawers if you want to unpack. Each room has electric shades that can be drawn for total blackout in the morning, so you can sleep late. The main bathroom is very spacious with a trough style sink and 2 faucets as well as a shower fully surrounded on 3 sides so water doesn’t go everywhere. They provide shampoo, shower gel and lotion, as well.As for location, it’s in the heart of a residential area, and it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and stores. The walk was fine for my husband and me, but it was a bit far for my mother who is 72. I can’t recommend this property more. It was a wonderful respite after a difficult day of travel and we were treated so well by the owners. "

"An average run of the mill hotel in the middle of nowhere "

"Only stayed for one night on my way to a different city. Hôtel was nice and staff was friendly. Seemed clean throughout the building. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free room (the smell could have came from another room). Also, the towel provided had makeup on it from a previous resident. We were only provided with the one towel and there was no staff to request additional. We did check in late and they accommodated us with a hidden key. Aside from the two issues it was a nice stay for a quick night."
