Chalet Charming cottage with garden, nature, stream, forest, tranquility

Unique location in the Vorauf holiday park, near Siegsdorf. Walks, hikes and cycle tours start right on the doorstep. Salzburg can be reached in 20 minutes via the nearby A8 motorway Salzburg-Munich.

The current "Ferienpark Vorauf", offers an environment of complete tranquillity in the nature of Upper Bavaria with the best transport links. The house offers a charming "Hide Away" for up to 5 people. On the ground floor 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as a large south-facing balcony with access to the garden. On the upper floor to the right is the small bedroom with access to the "master bedroom" with king-size bed. The stairs to the upper floor are NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility and small children. In the small bedroom with a small balcony there is a fixed single bed with a pull-out sleeping surface (2x 90x200cm). An additional sleeping option to the 5 regular beds. Large south-facing living/dining room with adjoining kitchen, large balcony, beams and lots of light. A little paradise in the middle of beautiful Chiemgau, the heart of Upper Bavaria. The house is heated with infrared stone panels and electric heaters. An electric fireplace with cosy flames and fan is included. The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a fence. Here you will find privacy in the greenery. There is a beer bench, hammock and barbecue.

Parking is available in the small car park by the house or below the house in the communal car park by the stream. Here you will also find the rubbish bins.

You will find everything you need in the house, from telephone flat rate for the landline network throughout Europe, Wifi to Entertain TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped including basic groceries. Additional towels or linen available for a fee. Alternatively, a maid and cleaner can be arranged during your stay for a fee.

Any damage caused by guests will be charged to them.
This holiday home is intended for holidaymakers and families, please refrain from booking fitters or tradesmen.

Wohlfhlort

In dem Häuschen kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Was uns etwas fehlte war ein Gefrierfach für Eis. Und für 4 Leute wird es schnell knapp mit dem Geschirr. Sehr angenehm ist es schon so einiges an Vorräten des täglich Bedarf vorzufinden . Super freundlich war es auch dass wir das vorhandene Rad nutzen durften. Fährt super!!! Danke dafür👍

Ferienpark Vorauf

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, den Urlaub genossen und viel unternehmen können. Die Lage ist ideal und sehr schön. Sehr gut fanden wir persönlich den kleinen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Unser relativ kleine Auto passte hier perfekt.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus angetroffen - mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt in dieser tollen Wohnung an nichts. Sei es für den täglichen Bedarf oder das persönliche Wohlfühlen. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften.

Erholsame Herbstferien

Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, für unsere 3-köpfige Familie genau richtig. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt Grundnahrungsmittel, die bei Verbrauch nachgekauft werden sollten. Für für uns war es ein super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und zum Umgebung erkunden. Gern wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Chiemgau

Das sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr gemütliche Haus war der Ausgangspunkt zu tollen Ausflügen und Wanderungen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Großartig!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und super ausgestattet - wirklich alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Für draußen gibt es Grill, Bierbank, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle, Hängematte... Der Garten ist klasse und bietet mit seinen hohen Hecken auch ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist - wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt - tatsächlich nichts für gebrechliche Menschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar ruhiges, perfekt eingerichtetes Häuschen

Das Häuschen ist liebevoll, hochwertig und durchdacht praktisch eingerichtet. Nichts fehlt, auch Wanderbücher sind vorhanden. Trotz der Lage in einem Feriendorf sieht und hört man fast nichts von den Nachbarn, vor der super-großen Veranda und dem umzäunten Grundstück nur der Wald, Vogelgezwitscher und Kuhglockengeläut - so geht Urlaub! Danke, Eva!

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Holzhaus. Modern eingerichtet, es hat alles an Einrichtung was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat einen großen Flachfernseher.

Schöner Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Das Ferienhäuschen bietet alles was man benötigt .Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Gewürze , Nudeln ,einige Getränke sind vorhanden , die man bei Benutzung wieder auffüllt. Die gesamte Ausstattung des kleinen Häuschens ist sehr gut.Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr steil , was aber in der Beschreibung angegeben ist . In der Umgebung findet man sehr schöne Wanderwege und Einkehrmöglichkeiten . Zum Einkaufen muss man ein Stück fahren .Brötchen und ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man an der Rezeption kaufen (Brötchen auf Bestellung ). Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön gelegen und trotz der enormen Grösse sehr ruhig . Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut , schnell und freundlich . Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub !

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben die Woche in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen und konnten von dort aus wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir können das schöne Häuschen sehr empfehlen.

Evas huebsches Haeuschen laedt vom ersten Augenblick zum Entspannen ein. Fuer uns eine super Lage . Das Haus vollkommen ruhig gelegen in der Natur des Ferienparks und Alle Schoenheiten des Berchtesgadener Landes und des Chiemgaus schnell zu erreichen. Man braucht ein Auto!

Nice Stay

We stayed here 3 nights in August. The owner was very friendly and left good instructions. The house was clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi worked great. You will need a car but grocery shopping is a quick car ride away. My only warning is that the only bed is upstairs and the stairs are very steep so this would not be the place for somebody with limited mobility. We didn't have any problems though.
