"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "

"Amazing room, property was very clean and they provided some amenities like drinks and snacks that were very nice too. Check-in and -out was seamless and very easy/convenient. "Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean."

We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."

Good hotel, would recommend.
"Pleasant hotel, good location and it was clean and quiet. My room overlooked the courtyard out the back which was nice. The only 'bad' thing I could say would be that the room was quite warm, I had to put the air-con on at night and open the window during the day. I think the hotel must be very well insulated as the only radiator I could find was a very small one in the bathroom which wasn't even on! I took the duvet out of its cover as it was too hot. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. The bed laptop table was useful as there wasn't a desk in the room. I recommend this hotel."
