"Second time I have stayed here. Very welcoming, rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The open fire in the hall is great and the beer is very reasonable. Nice breakfast too. Limited places in the town to eat in the evening, depending on the night you stay. "

"Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Zimmer war sauber und es gab sogar eine Flasche gratis Mineralwasser. Preis Leistungsverhältnis TOP! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Es ist sauber, hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Der Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Badewanne wurde sofort umgesetzt. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist zwar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, das Ambiente passt aber zu der Gegend und einem Wellnesswochenende. "A very peaceful place to stay, in a valley village outside Herzberg. Room was very comfortable. The only gripe was that on "Hotels.com" it was described (in FAQ) as having an onsite restuarant, but it turned out that this was no longer the case. The optional breakfast was good though, served in the rooms, on a tray."
