"The property is beautiful, with charming traditional stone houses and very tasteful design throughout. However, a few details were disappointing: the safe can only be activated by calling the security team, the wardrobe drawers are purely decorative and cannot be used to store clothes, and only one room key is provided, even for two guests. The main area requiring improvement is the service. Although the staff are polite, they are not particularly helpful or responsive and often fail to call back when assistance is requested."
