"Very friendly staff, we were upgraded to a lovely suite which was very comfortable and much appreciated. Lovely heritage hotel from 1910. The room was tasteful and very clean, although the hotel grounds (pool) appear to need some investment and proper maintenance. Dining options were also a bit disappointing and would recommend dining out. "

"Hotel is connected to the mall and that’s a huge plus for us. We upgraded from premium room to a suite at check in and we loved it. Room was spacious allowing ample space for my active toddler to move about. I initially wanted to go to reception to ask for late check out after breakfast but a staff who came to our table, Swara was very lovely and extended our checkout time to 2pm without even me asking. She gave so much attention to my picky eater toddler and I’m impressed that my toddler ate so well here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
