"Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues."

"The photos tell almost all, but what I didn't see in them was the whole house intercom system that can play music through the whole house and allow you to communicate with people in other parts of the house. Granted, the intercom part didn't seem to be working, but the radio did. It was cool, because I grew up with friends who had these in their homes. It brought back memories. "Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!"

"The cottage was exactly as pictured on the website, getting to the cottage was extremely easy, everything was clean and we had all that we needed. They even went the extra mile and had small makeup towels for me. The bath towels were large and absorbent (which makes a difference when you normally get small white thin towels)! Most places we go to were within walking distance. Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay and definitely a do-over!!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is back in a quiet neighborhood/island, but is close to anything you need. There was plenty of space to dock the boat we rented, and it was nice being back in a cove/no wake zone. Took many boat rides to see various things, as there is places to eat and even a state park you can stop at and walk the trails. The property itself was excellent, clean and had everything we needed. Neighbors were very nice also. We strongly recommend to anyone...

"We have stayed here before and have it booked again this fall. It is a perfect location when we are visiting relatives in Minster. Unfortunately, my one night this August was full of spider webs, rusty water and a musty smell that kept me from sleeping. I assume that will be taken care of by our next stay."
