"The staff were joyful and responsive. Checkin was fast. There were 2 things that could have been improved: when the woman who checked me in gave instructions to my room, she advised to pull around to the back of the building. We found out that in order to get to our room from the back of the building, we had to go up several stairs, across the platform, then down several stairs. If we had to park at the front of the building, there would have been no stairs at all and the same very short distance to our room. Also, the toilet was broken somehow. The front desk woman did come to look at it, but Murphy’s Law applied. It didn’t run while she was there, but did run every 10 minutes for the rest of the night. All in all, I would stay here again for a simple overnight halfway between my two homes."
