"Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
