"As two female travellers and our first time in Morocco, we were very happy to stay in this place on our first few nights. It was spacious and clean and the kitchen fully stocked for us to use. The rooftop view was wonderful to watch the sunset from. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us with our luggage, storing it for us when we checked out for much of the day as well. It is a short walk to the beach and Medina. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place - location wise it was perfect. Our room could have hosted a larger group/family as well."

"An absolute gem of a place. Patrick has created something really special here in Essaouira. Super artsy, full of character, and packed with incredible music (the vinyl and CD collection is unbeatable). Every room has its own vibe and interesting pieces to look at. Easily five stars, and we’re already planning our next trip back."

"This is my second stay here. Although the riad is slightly out of the way up an unmade road it is a sanctuary of peace and quiet! The rooms are clean and well furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is an added bonus. The breakfast is good and plentiful. I highly recommend trying their “Thé Royale” which makes a pleasant change from mint tea."
