"The staff of this hotel are a huge asset to the hotel. The reception who checked me in was excellent from arrival until departure. The rooms are tired the walls are very grubby and in urgent need of paint. The breakfast offering is very limited but fresh. The provision of juices and hot drinks plus your little room basket is excellent The hotel is in an excellent location for everything in Marrakesh. The hotel has closed the spa although the hotel has and spa in its name."

"Wonderful hotel, a modest entrance that opens up into a traditional and stylish reception area, lovely large potted plants, gorgeous tiles - a real wow for the eyes. It is quite a large hotel but has an intimate feel. Staff all so helpful and they greet you with Morroccan tea and biscuits. Well situated as in the medina. Mohammed their bell boy was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend"

"We had such a wonderful stay at **Le Riad Monceau** in Marrakech! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It was also my birthday trip, and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room with flowers. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the trip even more special. 🌸 A special thank you to **Soufian at the front desk** and the lovely woman working the night shift (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!) for being so welcoming and helpful. **Youness, the restaurant manager**, was wonderful as well, and everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive. We also booked our airport transportation through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. The **rooftop is beautiful**, and breakfast was delicious One small thing to keep in mind: the hotel has live music every evening, which is lovely and creates a great atmosphere, but the band sometimes rehearses around 4:30–5:00 PM before the evening music begins. Since the rooms face the courtyard, it can be noticeable if you're hoping to take an afternoon nap or have a very quiet afternoon. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back. The beautiful riad, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful hospitality made our trip memorable ❤️"

"The best riad in all of Morocco! Would highly recommend this place. The staff are very attentive and helpful, all of them made us feel right at home! Food and drinks were lovely as well. We would definitely stay here again. Not a single complaint!"
