"Superb clean accommodation with high quality extras on offer. Bedroom comfortable and dinner and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay"

"All the staff, especially the Manager Paul were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable the bathroon was a good size but looked a bit tires - the lever attaching to the shower handle was missing and the woodwaord needed painting. The breakfast was excellent and we had one evening meal in the Hotel during our stay which was also good. The hotel is conveniently located to explore both the Coast and the Broads and we would recommend it. Overall the hotel was good value for money."

"I loved the swimming pool as well as the hot tub. Lovely place. It was just hot in my bedroom, maybe perfect for the winter. Air conditioning would do for the warmer seasons. "

"The room was very nice and good value. Enjoyed having a bath in the bedroom (but no soap for the bath (had my own luckily),nice shower soap etc,but fixed to the wall in the bathroom,which is great for the shower itself and appreciated,but difficult to get some out for the bath,in the bedroom. No big deal,but just a small point. But the building suffers for a lack of a bar . It just feels too sterile with the lack of a front face to the business. There is a nice terrace to the front,which would be so much nicer to be able to have a sandwich /snack and a glass of wine. It seems a shame,as you can see there once was a very nice bar inside,downstairs,it was just too quiet for us. "

"The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them. The onsite restaurant don't take food orders after 20:30. Staff were excellent, food was okay. My only complaint was the drains seemed to be a bit slow so whilst showering the water would cover your feet."

"We had an excellent stay at Holt. Brad the duty manager is an exceptional hospitality professional. Despite being new to the post, he is a tribute to the establishment. Highly recommended. "

"Couldn’t fault the service throughout the whole stay. Catered well for gluten free. Everything we ate was totally delicious. Make sure you leave room for the huge puddings. Sunday roast was fabulous "
