"The hotel sits on a big island in a small river, with the main river running on the one and a small creek on the other side. The bungalows with the rooms are scattered along the creek and the facilties such as reception, restaurant and yoga shala (also to be used as guest lounge, library and massage place) are sprinkled across a big garden with lots of flowers, fish and sea rose ponds. As the resort does not have any walls (the rooms have), it feels very generous and even bigger as it is. And...

"Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. It feels very luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I suppose the only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers if the hotel is busy, and the WiFi can be a bit patchy. "First time staying at Sidemen Villa, I’m initially thought I would be bored but the villa is so tranquil. Waking up to the sound of the jungle & view of the Mt Agung from the bed is beyond description. Service via WhatsApp is very efficient and breakfast can be served on request with no additional cost. Facilities are new and very well kept. I want to keep this a secret but this place deserved to be known. Enjoy people - you won’t regret! "
