"We had family vacation. 2 kids(6 and 8) and 3 adults (grandparents). Room was good, very fresh and modern! We were at the beginning of May. Food was good! Service was really good! Everything we liked only one thing it would be nice to have inside pool heated! We had rain several days so kids were swimming in inside pool would be nice if pool were s bit warmer! "

Bad - No air conditioning in the hotel hallways, except lobby. No bathroom in the lobby. Indoor pool closed. Smoking everywhere you go outside! Pool, cafe, anywhere outside! Not many options for non smokers! Not much entertainment at night. Most people speak German. Only one elevator on each side. Wifi is terrible! Paid for one day wifi,...

"The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."

"Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy. Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star."
