"Good location able to walk to the beach although shuttle bus runs regularly if required. Bar and restaurant area at the beach looks tired and limited catering arrangements. Regular bus service to Side and other areas would be useful if this info is available in the hotel . Plenty of seating area around the pool during the day without having to get up early and reserve!! Makes a pleasant change ."

"The positive : we loved the food and the variety they offered. The cheese, fresh greens and veggies are fantastic. The baking was delicious. The outside of the hotel is in good shape, well maintained and looked fantastic, water park looked interesting- a child’s dream. Very children friendly facility. The negative: At least our room had water damaged floorboards, wallpaper, bathroom door, mirror frame and the minibar. As a contractor myself it was disappointing. On the beach 90% of guest were smoking in non smoking area. Lots of garbage and plastic on the beach left behind by guests. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No staff did anything against it."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful....from helping us find a parking place to carrying all of our things from the car to our room......to giving advice about the city. It felt like staying in someone's home more than a hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "
