"Stayed here for 3 nights in February. Fantastic hotel - punching way above its supposed 3 star rating - easily a 4 star and would give the service 5 stars. Never quite had a welcome like it - half a dozen members of staff all smiling and so welcoming to take our bags on arrival and escort us to our rooms, telling us about the hotel and its facilities on the way.
