Check in was alittle scary as the machine would not recognise my booking but got sorted thanks to the helpline that is situated next to the tablet check in outside. Lovely room, cool working AC and shower. Great space and comfortable. "

"Loved our stay, we arrived very early & were allowed into our room after a brief wait and a complementary coffee in the wonderfully relaxing garden. I see other people saying the hotel is a bit far from the city but in our experience it was great with the excellent public transport service available we were in the city centre in under 25 mins. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly, when back in Lyon we’d definitely stay again. "
