"We stayed three nights during the summer shoulder period when the resort was not crowded nor busy and was gearing down after its busy season. The pools are excellent. The resort has a specific procedure on securing towels and different colored wrist bands for the two pools and spa. Regrettably, upon check in, the staff member who assisted did not explain the procedure well, causing us several awkward encounters with other staff members. Doamna Rodica este atât de caldă și atentă la orice detaliu. Cazarea în sine este extraordinară. Ai la dispoziție mese, grătare, piscină, saună, jacuzzi, și balcoane la fiecare cameră (dacă la etaj). "Clean, efficient and friendly. The only issue it has 2 elevators for 6 floors or 7 floors. Tip: stay at 3rd floor so you can get good views AND walk up the steps as needed. Pools might need some refreshing and maybe to be made bigger. Otherwise a good stay."
