La signora che governa la struttura è estremamente cordiale e preparata, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura. "In diesem Haus haben wir den allerschönsten Urlaub verbracht. Eine gute Grundausstattung ist bereits vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schrank, Nachttisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt .Auf Wunsch gibt es auch Bettwäsche zu mieten. Luigi hat das Haus sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
