"The hotel and staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided a lot of the basic toiletries free of charge. Kind in mind, this is Japan and rooms are smaller in traditional Japanese hotels. I would recommend dining outside the hotel. We did not use the amenities but based on the rest of the hotel, I would assume they are great"
