"Hotel itself was great! Room was very comfortable. My only complaint was it was very hard to control the temperature in the room based on where the unit was. A desk was right in front of the unit and it was impossible to see the controls. "

"The hotel is beautiful. It looked as it has undergone a Nice renovation. However, there seems to be no attention to detail, i.e.over-flowing garbages, artwork not straight, and cigarette butts and trash littered the front entrance. At 3:00 AM someone on our floor was beating loudly on their door and a female was screaming like someone was killing her. Very unsettling. Then at 3:30 the fire alarm went off for a long time before it was shut off by the fire dept. Lots of unsettling commotion and not a lot of sleep."

"We loved everything and everyone who worked there! We loved the amethyst inside and outside. The people at desk that checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful. The waitresses and chef and manager were so nice and helpful. The person that cleaned our room did an excellent job. We enjoyed every minute. You have a great hotel and excellent folks working there. "The pool and hot tub were great. The jets in the hot tub weren't working, but the temperature was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were disappointed by the breakfast - would have appreciated some protein like hot eggs, bacon or sausage. The room was nice and everything was clean. Lots of parking available. "
