"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent."

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist durch die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür toll. Einkaufen kann man in Fußgaengerdistanz. Ich gebe keine 5 Sterne weil ich die Treppe in die Wohnung als sehr steil empfand."
