"We spent 4 nights here and found the food, and comfort of the room, excellent. But what set this hotel apart from others I have been to in India are the staff, from the management down who without exception go out of their way to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A special shout out to Kasturi for looking after us so well. Also the hotel offers Tuktuk tours of Mysore and surrounding area. The driver and guide Javed with his 22 years experience was excellent taking us round the well known, but even better, the less well known places in and around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mysore."

"This was an absolutely splendid hotel - the property itself was lovely and old world- well kept, clean, inviting. The food (breakfast) was of a high standard. Twice we had cocktails and they weee splendid (ask for a cosmopolitan - you won’t be disappointed) But the highlight was the staff. Amongst the best, mist efficient, helpful and lovely staff I have had the pleasure of being with for some time. From the cleaners, to the door men, to the front desk staff - just excellent.
