"The service, staff and food were amazing. Very courteous and helpful staff members. The price was very reasonable with the experience provided. We had dinner there and truly enjoyed it. My partner loved the fire wings, but he did not like the chicken caesar salad so much. I loved all of the items I ordered- butter kulcha, paneer and the tropical sunrise. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I liked that even though it was not very spicy, it still had good flavor. Even though my partner is non-vegetarian, he also enjoyed it. In the future, I would suggest offered a few non-veg options for the buffet, such as simple chicken sausage. The rooms were pristine and cool. They provide towels, soap, toothpaste and hair dryer. The TV channels were very limited and not very good, so I would recommend to bring your own entertainment. We did not get a chance to explore the amenities due to our short stay. We will certainly stay here if we visit Mysore again. Highly recommend!!"

"The Metropole in Mysore was a delight. A colonial style large residential space from the early 20th Century, it retains a certain old world charm in its architecture, layout, decor, furniture and the way the space is curated. "It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."
