"The location was fantastic; you can walk to pretty much anything if you want to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The first room we received was in poor condition and had several issues (plugs didn't work, fridge went out, bedside table missing, blind broken). We notified the front desk the next day and we were moved to what appeared to be a much nicer (updated) room. Once we moved rooms, we didn't really have any other issues, except that they sink in the new room wouldn't drain. It wasn't a huge issue for us, though, because we were staying a very short time, so we didn't report it. The hotel is older, so I didn't expect it to be pristine, and overall, for the price and location, it was a great place for a short beach getaway."

"Stayed there with my family of 6, had two rooms. All amenities were great, the desk staff were very friendly, breakfast was great each morning. Cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating with whatever was needed. Access to the beach was very close and easy to get too! Definitely will stay there again. Close to everything !"

"Wonderful location, walking distance to shops and restaurants! All the hotel staff were so friendly and steps from the beach! Added plus they have security that are always walking around. "

"This rental was perfect for two people and in the perfect location. We walked to the beach in minutes. We walked several trails in Gulf Shores State Park. The porch was awesome so we enjoyed several meals out on the porch. We plan on renting the same property again!"

"Location, location, location! This is a no frills condo that has just the right touch for those looking to maximize their time on the beautiful Gulf Shores Beach. We spent most of our time exploring, but the condo was perfect for a quick shower and a comfy bed after a long day in the sun. There are a few things that pickier travelers might've dwelled on; the biggest being that a few of the wash clothes were full of long hair (probably caught from the dryer, but still...), and the bath towels are really small (we used our own beach towels), but overall it's a nice little place in an excellent location. The host are very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. It's a great value and a perfect base to explore the beauty of South Alabama."

"This is a practical, not bougie place located two blocks from beach and a short walk to restaurants, stores, and shops. It has the barest of essentials. You may consider bringing extra bath and kitchen towels. They do not provide beach chairs or beach supplies. You should also bring extra trash bags, oven mitts, scissors, tape, handsoap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, baggies etc. The information book was found in the hard to reach cabinet above the fridge. This is a duplex so you will have direct neighbors which is slightly awkward. Overall, the place was clean and was in a great location. We would stay again."
