I guess it was a concert weekend, and it seems they double the room rates. There were no rooms available on their website, but I was able to book through Expedia...thanks Expedia....it was our anniversary. Called ahead to have requests added to the room....sweetheart package, discount on food, late checkout. I was told notes were made to the reservation, but front desk said they couldn't do it. We were able to argue for the late checkout and food credit, but not the sweetheart package. The shampoo and body wash shower containers were empty. Pool bar didn't have salt for margaritas and bar tender didn't offer to get it. I swore I booked a non-smoking room through Expedia, but our reservation ended up showing smoking. Not sure if this is an Expedia issue, or if I made a mistake. Other than that, we enjoyed the facility and will be back. Next time we won't stay on a concert weekend. All told, a one night's stay with late checkout cost us over $700. I think a non-concert weekend would be about half that price.
