"The place was nice and clean, reception spoke english so we had no problem understanding everything. The bed was comfy, and the room had air conditioning. Although not right next to a JR station, it's still not far. Almost everything is near : commercial street, garden, port.... "

"Es war wirklich eine der besten Unterkünfte. Vor allem war die Unterkunft wirklich sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mich hat Carol empfangen und sie war so lieb und hilfsbereit, dass ich mich sofort wohl gefühlt habe. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist eine Einkaufsstraße und Bus und Bahn sind schnelle zu erreichen. Zum Wasser/ zur Fähre braucht man nur 30 Minuten zu Fuß."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good, about 10 min walking from the train station, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Room was big even for international standards, and huge compared to other places that we stayed at in Japan. "

"Loved this Hotel. Very elegant and classy, room was great as well. In fact no downsides at all. A small tip for westerners who like their eggs cooked a little firmer, the omelet station cooks were awesome and more than willing to tweek the egg cooking to suit our palates. "

Dormy Inn Takamatsuchuokoenmae Natural Hot Spring

"This hotel convenient to several transport centers. 20 minute walk to JR station or ferry. 25 to Ritsurin garden and Takamatsu castle. Excellent breakfast. Nice touches like popsicles outside spa. And free evening soba soup. Wonderful spa area with sauna and decent sized rooms. Many other spa hotels let guests use the spa before the 3 PM check in time but here they did not. "
