"A truly unforgettable stay at Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort Hikari no Uta. The views of Lake Toya are breathtaking, our room with private onsen was perfect, and the food was incredible - we had one night of Japanese in a private room and one night of french in the main dining room. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in the beauty of Hokkaido."

"As nice as the owner and family are, I can't really recommend this place. Location is 2km out of town so you must have a car. Location is very quiet at night but in the hotel room you can hear water running from toilets etc in other rooms and people walking on the floor above. And I had some sort of tapping sound in my room early in the morning on the second night which made it hard to sleep.
There is a fridge and hot water urn in the room, but no tea or coffee (lucky I had my own)and only...
