"The Staff is awesome! They go above and beyond before your arrival if you have questions and are traveling to Japan for the first time. The service is excellent. Fujiyama Terrace food is delicious. The Thomas the train rooms was so much fun. We especially loved the free shuttle bus to many local nearby sites and stations - this was a pleasant surprise. Convenience to the fujiQ bus and fujiQ amusement park made this trip so easy. And, waking up to the view of mt. Fuji is the best part. Thank you! "

"The hotel has amazing views from everywhere including the lobby, the rooms, and the hot springs. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The breakfast and snacks were all very good. The hot springs were clean and very relaxing after walking around all day. "
