住宿環境很棒，整個園區也很好，只是剛好去的時間點是在颱風離開的那一天，所以地上的落葉和樹枝都還來不及清理，但隔天就看到清潔人員已經在處理中。唯一的缺點大概就是沒有晚餐，還要出去找餐廳吃飯比較麻煩，除此之外，都很推薦大家來放空。不過，一定一定要記得噴防蚊液.....

實際的住宿與官方的介紹不會有落差，包括周邊環境設施、房間的佈置、服務人員及餐點，都可以看到很用心的在經營。

Villa 的管家跟服務人員，專業且熱情，整個有熊的森林，不管硬體或軟體，讓入住的旅客，覺得像家一般的溫暖👍

非常漂亮、乾淨、有設計感 房間設備與用料有用心在經營，跟五六星級飯店不會差太多，還有送每年限定小熊很療癒！ 湖景非常漂亮，可以一直坐在湖邊看風景也很棒；也有獨木舟可以划，很棒的氣氛！ 人員接待很專業且到位，有星級飯店的水準。 餐食也很不錯，精緻

直接住在雲山水園區裡，最大的優勢就是在開園前可以先去拍照拍到爽。但就是會被小黑蚊叮到死…. 有熊的森林優點：獨間villa、管家服務、限量版小熊玩偶、早餐好吃 非常推薦
