"my partner and I have been travelling for months and have never left a bad review however this place really needs some work before made available for people to stay. The floors were extremely dirty (had to wear shoes all the time), shower was very old and unpractical as well as being very cold, the room was freezing and had no proper heating. 2 days in a row there was no toilet paper and had to ask for it. "How this dump could be advertised as "luxury" is unbelievable-goodness knows what would be classed as "basic". It was very dirty- the toilet had brown stains-the top of the cistern was where the flush was housed had not had a wipe over in sometime- Black came off the kitchen sink when wiped round.
