"Beautiful property, well equipped with breakfast hamper provided. Felt very secure but further from the sea than described. Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. Bed is located in a corner and head space is limited whilst in bed. A lovely property otherwise. "

"Always a joy to stay at Hazels lovely flat. People watching from the drawing room and amazing views out to sea. Hazel is very quick to respond and accommodating of any enquiries or requests."

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"We have stayed in many self catering holiday homes over the years, this ranks as one of the best. So clean and modern and nice little touches. Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, bars and eateries. Also 5 mins to beach, from there at low tide you can walk to Ramsgate and Margate. If we are coming back to this lovely part of the UK, we will try and stay here again."

"Great apartment, bigger than expected. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Ten minute walk from town centre. Free parking on the road outside the property very welcome. Great sea views from living room and just a 5 minute walk to fabulous dog friendly beach . Will definitely return…. Our best accommodation find in Broadstairs to date ."

The area around is fantastic, and the access to the beach is an added bonus. Barry and Gaynor were also most welcoming and friendly. An absolutely fantastic spot all round"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful old building facing the seafront. It was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day while sitting on the balcony or wrapped in a blanket at the start of a day, sitting in the rocking chair, sipping coffee and watching the day break. Check in was very easy and Debbie and Phil were quick to respond to our questions. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Right on the promenade of Herne Bay, this 2 bedroom apartment is in very nice condition with just about everything you might need for your stay. There is off street parking for 1, and both berooms have a small balcony giving excelent views of the bay."
