"The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent customer service."

"Washroom was moldy, clogged, and poorly maintained, so I didn’t even shower. There were no amenities. Pillowcases were dirty—I had to use my T-shirt to cover the pillow. We arrived late from travel and were exhausted, but check-in was frustrating as they couldn’t find our booking at first and said they were fully booked. It was an unpleasant stay—I wasn’t able to sleep well and ended up checking out at 7 AM. The photos they advertise are nowhere near what you actually get. Stay away from this hotel."

"Staff seemed hindered by dumb policies and lack of leadership. Room service was okay until they totally forgot my order one day and blamed it being busy - despite it being 10am and not a busy time of the restaurant. TV only had like 5 channels. 3 towels were provided by the hotel - talk about cheap! Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned thoroughly. You could see dirt/dust everywhere. Rooms seemed aged and needing updates. No microwave. Fridge barely worked."

"Staff were pretty nice but unfortunately theres a few things that needs fixing, like the water pressure being too low, toilets is too close to the point where you don't have a room to move properly and on top of that its dusty, because I accidentally dropped something under the bed and i went to go look for it and it was very dirty , the only reason why i booked this same hotel because the previous one which is located in kalayaan which is pretty nice and i thought it would be thesame but i was little disappointed but again staff were nice but unfortunately they need to work on a few things."
